Welcome
to Pals Cabin, one of America's
great restaurants. Pals first opened to the public
as a 10' x 12' hot dog stand on May 18, 1932. In
the midst of the great depression, the summertime
venture of “pals,” Marty Horn
and Roy Sale flourished at a time when banks were closing
and jobs were scarce. Marty often said when commenting
on Pals' beginning, “it was better than selling apples
on a street corner.”
Building
on a reputation of high quality foods, fair prices and
intense hospitality, the little cabin grew, year after
year and addition after addition, into Pals Cabin of
today – recognized
nationally as one of America's great restaurants.
The Horn Family and staff extend our warm welcome
and thanks to the many loyal friends and patrons
who dine here regularly, and the new friends that
continue to discover and join the Pals Cabin family.
